No need to watch this.
Four Couples, they are friends, go on vacation after being married for a long time. One doing it to save their marriage the others for fun. But as they arrive they find themselves in the same situation: they are getting confronted by their marriage problems.
It is not really funny, you can predict everything and mostly the comedy is based on humiliation or other typical non-funny stuff.
