When I went to Manly a few months before, I was introduced to the Chocolaterie “Max Brenner“. They are serving different types of Hot Chocolate and everything else you can get from chocolate. The Chocolate fudge/brownies are a must!!!
In Sydney you can find them a couple of time but they are not always easy to find as the one at the Many Warft. The one in the inner city is in the basement of a Department store. That is not the best location since there is no nice view. Still, better there than not at all. But You really need to search downstairs or better ask someone inside. They will tell you.
