After three exhausting Saturdays of flat search we finally signed our contract today. It is not very nice and a little dark flat, on the ground floor and we got ripped off with the price but at least we have something.
Of cause only hours after signing the contract, we got another offer to move in with a person we know in a modern flat, also not very light and in Hurstville about 20 minutes by train to the city. Additionally, another semi detached house is about to be offered to us for $30 less than advertised. That is also quiet dark, ground floor and not too new.
So, how should we feel about that now with a flat that we did not favor and these offers? Yes, I am still more happy than sad about that we have something.
Oh, we have three bedrooms and move in there with one of our flatmates from this flat. And the move-in date is on 18.06, and move out at 11.06.
So, cu without internet after Saturday.
